Based on the above three points, @ 呟呟侅 believes that the former private and substitute teachers in some places in Guangdong Province still have not received their living difficulties subsidies, which may be due to at least three reasons: First, they are not the definite target of distribution, that is to say, their personal identity authentication has not passed; Two, their age has not yet arrived, only men over 60 years of age, women over 55 years of age to receive.
Third, the most important and crucial thing is that the living allowance for former private and substitute teachers is a system of "territorial management and graded responsibility", which has not been collected, perhaps because it has not been implemented in the local area.
Although Guangdong is another province after Qinghai Province that provides subsidies for the living difficulties of former private and substitute teachers, Guangdong is also a province that does not provide subsidies for the teaching experience of former private and substitute teachers. Guangdong province has not received the subsidy for living difficulties, so long as it meets the certification and receiving conditions, wait patiently.
