2. The online UPS power supply is equipped with a reasonable load, the load rate cannot exceed 0.5 (weakness), and the powerful reasonable load cannot exceed 0.35. For thyristor load or half-wave rectifier equipment, it cannot be equipped with UPS, but other resistance loads can be equipped with a total load rate below 0.5. In addition, if the thyristor load or the half-wave rectifier is connected to the front end of the UPS, it is easy to cause the distortion of the UPS input waveform greatly increase, and more noise interference (power supply noise) is caused. The frequency machine is larger, and the high-frequency machine will cause the internal relays to pull and close (disconnected and simple).
3. UPS without soft start function (latency start) should not be opened and closed under load (especially under heavy load conditions), otherwise the possibility of failure will increase.
4. In a harsh grid environment, the UPS emergency power supply will only form a zero-line intrusion interference. Alternate UPS is only frequent switches between power and inverters, but only forms a fault. For online UPS, it is possible to simply form a phase-locked and out-of-control phase failure.
5. The alternate UPS power cannot be placed behind the power (for example, a pure power supply), otherwise it will only cause the switching time to be too long, which will cause the computer to crash when the main power fails, and is very helpful for online UPS front ends. In addition to the purification function, it can greatly buffer the impact of large currents at the time of UPS, and reduce the fault rate. Including NUNAL series
6. For medium and small UPS, due to cost factors such as prices, the determination circuits of the conversion condition are typically set in their phase locked. Typically, there is no feedback noise setting in the DC system, which will only damage the power pipe fitting.
7. With regard to the online UPS emergency power supply, reduce its opening and closing, and add a clean power supply at its front end can greatly reduce the failure rate of the machine.
8. Alternate UPS power supply usually does not output short-circuit protection circuits due to cost reasons, so the fuse should not be too large. 500VA is usually type, while 1000va is usually 10a type.
9. If the UPS Emergency Power is not input and output transformers, the fire line and zero line will not be reversed after installing the model, otherwise only common film interference and damage the UPS.
