1. Carefully check the specifications of the sensor and the power supply of the instrument. There are many specifications of the sensor. See if your sensor and instrument match it. If it is a temperature controller input, just modify the internal menu to use it.
2. The wiring of the instrument is carried out in accordance with the general latter chart. The wiring method of thermocouple and resistance is different. The thermocouple is two wires, which are divided into positive and negative poles. The thermal resistance sensor is connected to three lines. Some users have two wires, so there are two terminals to be short. Pay special attention to the non -connected power supply input cable and the signal input cable, and the output terminals are short -circuited.
3. The instrument connects the heat power puppet sensor and finds that the line is not long enough, and it needs to be extended by itself, but the extended line must be used to replace it with a special compensation wire. The compensation wire of the K separation number must be used. Of course, if you use the sensor of the thermal resistance, you only need to connect the thickness and length.
4. The instrument displays LL or HH, indicating that the signal of the sensor does not enter the instrument. You carefully check whether the sensor and instrument of the instrument match, whether the wiring of the sensor is correct, and whether the internal menu of the instrument is set correctly.
5. The instrument is damaged without unpacking and is indeed the quality problem of the manufacturer. The factory will be repaired for free within 18 months.
