Bai Guanglin, Jing Cheng, born in Nanjing, Jiangsu Province in December 1938, is now a member of China Artists Association, deputy secretary-general of national architecture institute of china Painting and Calligraphy Professional Committee, national first-class artist network, net painter, registered painter of National Copyright Administration, People’s Republic of China (PRC) outstanding master of painting and calligraphy, national first-class master of arts and crafts, academician of Chinese Academy of Painting, vice chairman of artistic creation expert committee, honorary academician of Chinese Academy of Painting of Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, UNESCO, chief artist, and royal family. He is currently the curator of China Digital Art Museum and the full-time vice president of China Painting and Calligraphy Masters Research Association.
In 2012, Liu Dawei and Fan Ceng edited and published Three Masters of Art; in 2013, Liu Dawei, Fan Ceng and Huang Yongyu edited and published Eight Masters of New China Painting and Calligraphy; in 2013, Liu Dawei, Fan Ceng and Wu Guanzhong edited and published Chinese Contemporary Artists; in 2013, Liu Dawei, Fan Zeng and Jin Shangyi edited and published National quintessence and 20 Top Artists.

He has cooperated with Lu Yanshao to draw pictures of Shuang Hu and tigers, visited the United States, South America, Europe and Asia, and created a number of distinctive ink paintings. He has cooperated with Lu Yanshao in the painting of two tigers, the painting of tigers roaring, and has visited the United States, South America, Europe and Asia. He has created a number of distinctive ink and wash paintings. The Olympic Flame was collected by Mr. Samaranch, the former President of the International Olympic Committee Jiangsu, Shenzhen, Zhuhai, Hong Kong and the United States held art exhibitions and published albums, and CCTV, Jiangsu, Zhuhai and Nanjing TV stations successively produced reports.
