· On May 12, 2017, the People’s Republic of China Home-China Standardization Management Committee issued the Chinese People’s Republican National Standard GB / T33579-2017 Mechanical Safety Hazard Energy Control Method Lock / List Safety of Machinery- -Control Methods of Hazardous Energy – LockOut / Tagout, which is implemented on December 1, 2017.

National Standard GB / T33579-2017 Interpretation of the Lock Listing Program:

Establish a set of control systems and use the upper / listing procedures to prevent energy accidental release or transmission of the machine.

National Standard GB / T33579-2017 Requirements for Lock Listing Procedures:

Step 1: Ready to Turn Off Step 5: Storage Release (Stored Energy Release)

Step 2: Turn off the machine Step 6: Isolated Verification of Isolation

Step 3: Lsolation Machine Step 7: Unlock / Tag Out Control

Step 4: Place an upper town / listing device (Place Lock Out / Tag Out Device)
