On the morning of February 26th, Jiaozhou Branch of Qingdao Chengyun Holding Transportation Group held the 2020 Star Service Commendation Conference and the 2021 Service Quality Improvement Year Mobilization Conference. Nearly 90 cadres and workers from the company’s leading bodies, department heads and 2020 star service recipients attended the meeting.
In 2020, in order to further guide and motivate the broad masses of cadres and workers to improve their professional quality, enhance service awareness and improve service quality, the company launched a star-rated service appraisal activity. According to the star-rated service evaluation standard, the company inspected and comprehensively evaluated the employees of eight front-line departments, including station office, passenger transportation office, tourism distribution center, security office, warm school bus company, warm bus company, express delivery business department and Mitu Travel, from the aspects of vehicles, personnel, service site, service standard and so on, and notified them quarterly and annually.
At the commendation meeting, Sun Longxuan, member of the Party Committee, deputy general manager and chairman of the labor union, read the commendation document, and the leaders attending the meeting successively awarded certificates to 50 star-rated service personnel selected in 2020. In this way, we will praise the advanced, set an example, form a strong atmosphere of catching up with learning and striving for Excellence, stimulate the entrepreneurial enthusiasm of the officers, and encourage them to reach a new level.
In 2021, in order to further improve passenger service satisfaction and shape corporate brand image, the company started the year of improving service quality in 2021 by taking the group’s activity of "showing the new image of urban transport and improving warm service" as an opportunity.
At the mobilization meeting, Wang Yunshan, secretary of the Party Committee and general manager of the company, congratulated the commended personnel in his speech. Wang Yunshan pointed out that all staff and cadres should follow the example of commenders and learn from each other. It is necessary to establish the service concept of "taking passengers as the center" and constantly provide warm and high-quality services.
