The US International Trade Commission will determine the end of the investigation within 45 days after filing the case. Unless the US Trade Representative vetoed it for policy reasons, the relief order issued by the US International Trade Commission in case 337 took effect from the date of issuance and became final on the 60th day after the date of issuance.
