Two teachers from Tianjin University were selected.
They are teacher Jin Jianxun and teacher Li Keqiu.
Jin jianxun
Jin Jianxun, a professor and doctoral supervisor at School of Electrical Automation and Information Engineering, Tianjin University, chairman of IEEE China Superconductivity Professional Committee, invited editor-in-chief of the special issue of IEEE Transactions on Applied Superconductivity, and chairman of the IEEE International Conference on Applied Superconductivity and Electromagnetic Devices. China National 863 Program "High Temperature Superconducting Linear Motor" and Australian government large-scale project "High Temperature Superconducting Current Limiter" and other important project leaders. The main research directions include: superconducting application principle, high-temperature superconducting power device, high-temperature superconducting electromagnetic device, high-temperature superconducting magnet and its application, magnetic levitation and suspension linear propulsion, high-temperature superconducting cable, energy storage and current limiting device and transmission system, superconducting smart grid and energy Internet, clean energy power generation technology, electric vehicle technology, power electronics, test and control technology. He has published more than 10 academic monographs in Chinese and English, more than 100 papers in SCI journals and more than 40 authorized invention patents. He has served as the judge of the National Science and Technology Progress Award, the guest editor of the special issue of Journal of Electronic Science and Technology, the invited reports of several international conferences, and the editor-in-chief of the series of "High Temperature Superconducting Application Technology" by Science Press.
Li keqiu
Li Keqiu, director of the Department of Intelligence and Computing of Tianjin University, director, professor, doctoral supervisor of Tianjin Key Laboratory of Advanced Network Technology and Application, winner of the National Outstanding Youth Fund, and leading talent of scientific and technological innovation in the National "Ten Thousand Talents Program". Professor Li Keqiu has been engaged in the research of basic theory and application technology of computer network, cloud computing and other related fields for a long time, and has presided over nearly 20 scientific research projects such as key projects of the National Natural Science Foundation of China, special education and research grid projects of China, and major research plans of the National Natural Science Foundation of China. He has served as the editorial board of internationally renowned academic journals such as IEEE Trans. on Computers and IEEE Trans. On Parallel and Distributed Systems. He is the chairman of the conference or the chairman of the program committee of well-known international conferences such as IEEE ICPADS 2019, IEEE SmartIoT 2019, WASA 2018, IEEE BdCloud 2015 and IEEE MSN 2013. At present, he is the executive director of CCF, the deputy director of CCF Network and Data Communication Professional Committee, the executive director of ACM China, and a member of China Education and Research Grid Expert Group.

The number of elected members shall not exceed 1‰ of the total number of IEEE members in that year. Due to the small number of IEEE Fellow elected each year, the elected scientists are basically outstanding scientists who have made outstanding achievements in the fields of science and engineering technology.
