Therefore, the following inspections and adjustments should be made to the machine before formal use:
1. Adjustment of the bracket
The structure of hanging the screw on the adjusting shaft is similar to that of a light bulb with a hanging mouth. The material cup is placed on the screw every time the screw 900 is rotated, and the gap between the mouth of the material cup and the bracket is observed..If the gap is inconsistent, adjust the bracket.Loosen the bracket bolts first (don’t loosen it completely, just use a wooden stick to knock the bracket), use a wooden stick to hit the position of the bracket with a large gap, when the screw turns to any position, the cup can be smoothly put on The position has been adjusted, and the bracket bolts are tightened.
2. Adjustment of spiral height
Put the material cup on the screw and observe the position of the bottom of the screw. The bottom of the material cup is about 2mm away from the inner edge of the bottom of the material cup..When adjusting, open the observation window on the right side of the hopper cover, loosen the adjusting shaft screw, and evenly fix the material cup with three material cup screws, hold the adjusting shaft with your hand and move it up and down, and tighten the adjusting shaft screw when the screw height is appropriate.
3. Adjustment of the position of the scraper
When replacing the screw, the stirring blade should be adjusted. The distance between the blade and the screw is usually about 20 mm..When adjusting, loosen the scraper screw, pull up or push down the scraper to the proper position, tighten the scraper screw.
4. Adjustment of photoelectric switch
The sensitivity of the photoelectric switch has been adjusted before leaving the factory, if it feels inappropriate, you can adjust it yourself.Press the [Set] key on the keyboard to make the left window display bSZ, use a screwdriver to rotate the screw at the back of the photoelectric switch, and at the same time cover the photoelectric switch with your hand. At this time, the indicator red light will be on until the distance is right, press the [Exit] key to Working status.
