There are currently 3,777 households in Kangcheng community, involving a population of about 12,000. There are many elderly people in Kangcheng community. In order for the elderly and pregnant women and other special groups in the community to finish quickly in a short time and avoid waiting for too long, the community has set up a green channel. At the same time, arrange volunteers to patrol the nucleic acid team constantly, screen people with obvious discomfort or special circumstances, and take them to the green channel for nucleic acid alone. After the suspension of offline teaching in Guangzhou, in order to help the students in the community cooperate with nucleic acid screening while taking online classes, the community also set up a special class for students to provide for students after class in a specific time.
Kangcheng community has always been orderly in the epidemic prevention and control work, which can not be separated from its fine governance model of "party building leading+grid service" with great demonstration significance, and to create a characteristic brand of "Kangcheng Red Net" party building leading grid governance.
In May last year, an outbreak of "Delta" mutant strain occurred in Guangzhou, and the situation of prevention and control was once severe. Wu Xuan found in the epidemic prevention and control work that there are 109 buildings in Kangcheng community, but there is no set of orderly and systematic communication procedures and channels between the community party-mass center and residents, which has brought great trouble to the community governance work. She immediately decided to integrate these 109 buildings on the basis of the original grid management to realize the grid management of buildings.
As a result, 109 buildings in Kangcheng community are integrated into 13 grid party branches, and the incumbent is the secretary of the grid party organization; Set up 26 grid party groups, with the backbone in the grid as the leader of the party group; There are 72 "pioneer buildings of the grid party and the masses". The leaders of the pioneer buildings of the grid party and the masses are selected from each grid building as the building leaders, and they are composed of on-the-job, registered and mass volunteers. The three building directors complement each other in their daily work, and work together and supervise each other.
"Dual-network integration" is a major demonstration site that Kangcheng community is striving to build. At present, Kangcheng community has been equipped with emergency reserve volunteers and emergency medical reserve volunteers. These reserve volunteers are the strong backing of governance work and an important supplement to the whole system of grassroots governance.
In the past two years, epidemic prevention and control is still the primary task of grassroots work. Among them, the role of "alley prime minister" has become more critical. In the past few days, in addition to the epidemic prevention and control work, she has another thorny thing to deal with. The residents of the station community being built near Kangcheng community have a "great worry". Problems such as smelly days and removal links are not only a major pain point in community environmental governance, but also a "powder keg" that conflicts among community residents. Many residents and representatives have appealed to her, hoping to deal with the station problem. She attached great importance to this problem, and organized the secretary of the grid party branch to discuss the solution overnight.
In the process of negotiation, some residents expressed dissatisfaction with the response speed and scheme of the community, often "complaining" in the group, and even personally attacked her. Faced with such a misunderstanding, she had a hard time, but she still patiently explained it to the residents’ representatives one by one. Back home, she was deeply wronged by the fatigue of work and the incomprehension of the masses. "I still couldn’t help crying."
But what makes her feel comforted is that at this time, more residents in the group quietly talk to her privately and express their comfort; After learning about the situation, the street party working Committee and the office also contacted her in time to express their concern and give her encouragement and support for her work.
