How to store and install the battery 1. Storage of the battery (1) The storage environment should be dry, clean and free from direct sunlight. (2) The storage location should be far away from fire sources or objects prone to sparks. (3) The storage environment temperature is -10℃～45℃. (4) The battery should be stored away from organic solvents or other corrosive materials and gases. (5) During battery storage, when the storage environment temperature is within -10℃～30℃, supplementary charging should be carried out every 6 months; when the storage environment temperature is within 31℃～45℃, it should be recharged every 3 months Perform a supplementary charge. (6) The longest storage time (shelf life) cannot exceed 18 months.2. Battery installation (1) Before installation, you should understand and be familiar with the layout of the power supply room, the arrangement of batteries (or battery cabinets, racks) and the wiring method at the installation site. (2) Check the assembly drawings of battery cabinets and racks and battery connection diagrams and master their installation methods and methods (drawings are distributed with the product). (3) Verify that the allotted parts are complete according to the packing list and drawings. (4) When installing battery cabinets and racks, the distance between the battery cabinets and racks should be greater than 100mm from the wall, and away from windows, doors and vents; the installation should be carried out in strict accordance with the drawings, and ensure that it is stable and firm.. (5) Before installing the battery, ensure that the battery terminal is bright and clean, and polish it with a wire brush or sandpaper if necessary. (6) When installing, the batteries should be placed neatly and positively, the connection polarity should be correct (the red end is the positive electrode, the black end is the negative electrode), the battery spacing should be even and appropriate, should be 8±1mm; the connection should be firm, and the battery connection should be the best It is better to use a torque wrench, and the torque of the battery connection is 12～14N·m. If the connection is not firm, it will cause potential accidents.. (7) Installation and connection sequence: connecting wire/copper bar→flat washer→spring washer→bolt, after tightening with a wrench, cover with a small cover sheet or copper bar guard. (8) Beware of the battery short circuit during the connection process (such as the short circuit caused by tools such as wrenches, the wrench should be wrapped with insulating tape before use). (9) After the battery is installed, it is recommended to check the open circuit voltage of the battery pack with a multimeter to prevent the battery from being connected reversely and affecting the use.
