(2) The operator takes the bottom of the container at the bottom of the cup and changes the operation method.
2. Change the packaging specifications or materials after the material, may be:
(1) The position of the stirrer knife is not suitable, adjustment is required, so that the lower end of the knife is about 10-15mm.
(2) After the filling is completed, there is a leakage phenomenon, and the anti-leakage network is added.
3, stirring the motor does not run:
(1) Because the thermal overload relay is tripped. At this time, open the electrical control cabinet can see the hot overload relay trip indicator lever (green). The cause of the failure is caused by the shake when the load is too large or stopped.
(2) Power supply.
4, stepper motor operation is not normal or does not run:
(1) The grid voltage fluctuations are too large, and the power supply alarm light is driven; the power is self-locking.
(2) The frequency of operation is too high, causing step into the motor.
5, the power supply voltage is too low, there will be the following faults:
(1) Self-locking of the packaging machine’s drive power supply.
(2) The weight of the verification scale will be unstable.
(3) The voltage is too low, and the verification scale is displayed.
(4) It may cause stepper motors to stop and drive power alarms.
