First, understand the equipment
Employees who are authorized to operate must be very understandable to the location, performance of the power source of the maintenance, and how to control these power sources. The locked listing program will tell you which power sources are included and which switches need to be locked. Even when you face a very familiar device, don’t think about it, you understand everything, things are changing, so please refer to the upper town listing procedure for the equipment.
Second, notify the relevant personnel
The Shangtou listing procedures you conduct may affect other staff, so in order to prevent other problems such as other issues such as machines, please notify all the person-related personnel before the lock is listed.
Third, turn off the equipment
Turn off the power switch or placed in the grounded state, and make a listing to warn others.
Fourth, cut off and lock all dangerous power sources
Making the power source that may generate a dangerous power source, for example: lock the circuit breaker switch with a circuit breaker, or lock with the valve lock to the pipe gate valve.
5. Release the residual power source
Residual power source is usually a more concealment, but the residual power source can cause the device to suddenly start in unknown circumstances, thereby causing harm to the person. So before the maintenance, you must release the residual power source.
6. Verify the reliability of locking
Don’t drop it lightly, open the device controller again before the operation, and confirm that the machine is not reopened, the energy indicator is not lit, and the components of the device are still. After the test is complete, turn off the device controller. This step can only be done by a person who is launched by a lock, and the verification results of other people are considered invalid.
Seven, restore short-transder-removable locking devices
If you need to remove a lock listing device to test the device, restore the lock list immediately after the test is completed. Always remember, be sure to put the device in a fully safe state, otherwise you will be in danger.
Eight, release the lock list
After work, before the lock is listed, make sure that no one is in the dangerous range around the device, notifying all relevant personnel you will restart the device. Only by authorized person can relieve the lock list, this work will never make this job with others.
