CNCAO NEWS Recently, Zhejiang Province issued "Notice of the General Office of the People’s Government of Zhejiang Province on carrying out the construction of fresh air ( Negative Oxygen Ion) monitoring and network system” (it is called “The Notice” in the following paragraphs), and it was the first to carry out the construction of "fresh air" (Negative Oxygen Ion) monitoring and release system in China.
According to the requirements of the Notice, the clean air monitoring network in Zhejiang Province will be composed of basic stations and functional stations. The basic stations are located in the central area of the administrative region, including meteorological monitoring stations and city stations; Function stations are located in eco-tourism scenic spots, nature reserves, forest parks, wetlands and other areas, focusing on reflecting the ecological environment and air conditions and providing support for regional environmental protection and development. Monitoring factors include negative oxygen ions, fine particles (PM2.5), ozone (O3), meteorology (wind, temperature, humidity, air pressure, rainfall) and other indicators.
According to The Notice, The fresh air monitoring network of Zhejiang will consist of basic stations and functional stations. Basic stations which are set up in the central re gion of the district includes meteorological stations and urban stations; The functional stations which are located in the areas like Eco-tourism scenic areas, natural reserves, forest parks, wetlands and so on mainly reflects the ecological environment, air condition and provides support for the protection and development of regional environment. The monitoring factors include Negative Oxygen Ions, fine Particulate Matter (PM2.5), Ozone (O3), Meteorology (wind, temperature, humidity, air pressure, rainfall) and others.
After the monitoring system is completed, Zhejiang Province will release the monitoring information of fresh air (negative oxygen ions) on a trial basis before the end of September 2017; The fresh air (negative oxygen ions) index information will be officially released before the end of 2017. By then, when people in Zhejiang go out, they can check the concentration of negative oxygen ions in the air through their mobile phones and know the air freshness in real time.
After the monitoring system is completed, Zhejiang Province will release the fresh air (negative oxygen ion) monitoring information on a trial basis by the end of September 2017. And it will officially release the fresh air (negative oxygen ion) index information by the end of 2017. By then, Zhejiang people will be able to check the concentration of negative oxygen ions in the air and learn about the air freshness in real time through their mobile phones when they are going out.
