After deliberation at the second plenary session of the new (seventh) Committee of Shanghai Arbitration Commission, it was decided to appoint 1,785 persons (please click "Read the original" for the specific list) as the new (seventh) arbitrators of Shanghai Arbitration Commission. The new (seventh) arbitrator of Shanghai Arbitration Commission will perform his duties as an arbitrator from January 1st, 2022. The duties of the arbitrators appointed by the Sixth Shanghai Arbitration Commission shall continue until the end of the case under trial.
The Shanghai Arbitration Commission will gradually provide the details of arbitrators in the new (seventh) arbitrator roster on the official website (www.accsh.org) from January 2022.

Announcement of New Panel of the SHAC Arbitrators

After the deliberation at the Second Plenary Session of the Seventh Governing Body of Shanghai Arbitration Commission (the “SHAC”), the SHAC has approved to appoint 1785 arbitrators (please click "Read More" for detail) as the New Panel (the 7th Cohort) of the SHAC Arbitrators. New Panel of the Arbitrators appointed by the Seventh Governing Body of the SHAC will perform their duties from January 1, 2022. The arbitrators in the current Panel (the 6th Cohort) of the SHAC Arbitrators would continue their duties until the conclusion of their pending arbitration case(s).
The database of the New Panel of the SHAC Arbitrators would be available in January, 2022 via www.accsh.org .
