About resistor measurement conditions
1. Ambient temperature: 25 ± 2 ° C or 23 ± 2 ° C.
2, humidity: must be controlled when testing high resistance, generally less than 50%, relative humidity in storage, should be less than 80%.
3, the accuracy of the test instrument should not exceed 1/10 of the measured resistor accuracy, such as the resistor accuracy of ± 1%, the accuracy of the test instrument shall not be less than ± 0.1%; the accuracy of the resistance is higher than ± 0.1 % Of the resistor, the accuracy of the test instrument allows 1/4 of its precision, such as: the resistance accuracy is ± 0.1%, the accuracy of the test instrument should be higher than ± 0.025%. When "DC resistance" is measured in the high precision alloy foil resistor, it is recommended to use no less than 71/2 digit table, and measured by four-terminal method to ensure accuracy of the resistance measurement.
4, the test electrical pressure should use the DC voltage, and the test voltage should be as low as possible when the sensitivity is guaranteed, and the time should be as short as possible.
5. For high resistance resistor measurements must pay attention to the effects of surrounding electromagnetic fields, the support frame in the test fixture must have good insulation and shielding performance, and the test instrument should have a good ground.
6. The measurement of the low resistance resistor must be used for quadrite measurement.
