It is understood that Matt Tall will focus on the factory upgrade, production equipment installation, employee recruitment and the mass production of FF 91 in the sprint stage of hanford factory. At present, FF is accelerating the installation of manufacturing equipment and preparation for mass production in hanford production base in an all-round way. At present, the resources for completing production preparation in hanford factory have been put in place, and the planning for construction and equipment installation has been completed, so as to meet the goal of completing mass production within 12 months after the merger and listing in late July this year.
Prior to joining Faraday Future, Matt worked as vice president of manufacturing in Rivian, an electric vehicle manufacturer and automotive technology company. Matt has 29 years of manufacturing experience in many traditional automobile and electric vehicle companies. In addition to Rivian, he has also implemented lean vehicle production in automobiles, general motors and Mercedes cars, and held other positions in engineering product research and development and new business development.

Before joining FF, Liu Yuchao worked in Ford Mazda and Ford Motor Company (China) as project manager, operation director, vice president of procurement and vice president of electric vehicle operation, and had more than 16 years of experience in the automotive industry in supply chain management, procurement strategy, cost control and operation management. It is understood that Liu Yuchao graduated from Nanjing University of Science and Technology and obtained a master’s degree in engineering from Wuhan University of Technology.
