Citroen recently announced that its pure electric version of SPACETOURER will be launched at the end of this year. The car has a truck version and a 6-9 passenger version, and the battery capacity is also available in 50kWh and 75kWh, with corresponding cruising ranges of 230km and 330km(WLTP standard). Together with Peugeot e-Traveler released not long ago and Zafira Life of Opel (to be released in early 2021), it is a new car in PSA’s electric commercial vehicle plan.

  

  Externally, the pure electric version of SPACETOURER is upgraded on the basis of the SPACETOURER model, and only a closed decorative strip is added at the lower air intake grille of the front face, and a pure electric logo is added. The charging port is located on one side of the front fender, which is convenient for users to charge. In terms of body size, Europe will provide three lengths, 4.6m, 4.95m and 5.3m to choose from, and the height will always be below 1.9m m.

  In terms of interior layout, the rear seats are designed on the sliding rails, which is convenient for the flexible combination of internal space. According to different needs, there can be 6 seats, 7 seats, 8 seats, 9 seats and other different combinations. In addition, the second row of seats in the car can be rotated and matched with a table that can be accommodated, which is convenient for business travel. In other configurations, the car is equipped with HUD display system, reversing image, blind spot monitoring, driver fatigue reminder, etc. The 7-inch central control screen also has functions such as navigation and mobile phone interconnection.

  In terms of power, the car and Peugeot e-Traveler share the power system, and the maximum power of the motor is 100kW(136Ps) and the maximum torque is 260 N m. The battery capacity is also available in 50kWh and 75kWh, and the corresponding cruising range is 230km and 330 km respectively (WLTP standard). The new car can support fast charging up to 100kW, so it can charge 0-80% in 30 minutes. The pure electric version of SPACETOURER also comes with 32A cable, which can realize 0-100% charging time of 8 hours on a compatible 7.4kW Wallbox.
