The sealing surface and the seal are made of special materials, wear resistant, corrosion-resistant, long life and no leakage. There are two precision bearings, stable, durable, flexible, and small friction coefficients in the rotary joint. It can be operated at high speed. Through visual product appearance, you can understand the wear of internal seals, and the rotary joint prevents mechanical shutdown or mechanical damage to achieve the preventive effect and reduce losses.
It is important to properly install a single channel gas rotary joint. Merrian summed up a few common installation failures today, the first is a leak problem. After installing the rotary joint on the device, drip, seepage or local atomization will occur. The seal is damaged due to collision or tapping, and it is unexpectedly scratched, or the experimental pressure is higher than the working pressure. The seal is deformed under high pressure, resulting in poor auxiliary sealing effect or low pressure when the pressure is low.
O-ring aging can also lead to leakage. The local temperature of the rotary joint is too high, or suddenly stopped with the hemorrhage of the seal. The circulating water contains a large number of hard particles, and the rotary joint is entered under pressure, and the sealing surface is worn, resulting in leakage. After a new rotary joint is stored for a period of time, the internal rotation sealing surface is attached, the starting torque is large, resulting in unflexible rotation. During transportation, the rotary joint fastening screw is loose, the elbow is falling off, and the rotation effect is not satisfactory using the O-ring. When the fixed ring of the rotary joint is rotated, the O-ring will severely wear the leakage.
