Learning activities on the theme of "promoting reform through cases and tempering business"
The youth theory study group of Jinping Court was established on June 6, 2019. It is to guide young police officers to strengthen political theory study, improve their political theory literacy and professional quality in combination with the work of the trial execution center, and promote the wind of investigation and research, learning communication, seeking truth and being pragmatic, and pioneering and innovative. Strengthen the enthusiasm and interactivity of young police officers’ theoretical study and enhance the youth learning position of young police officers’ cohesion.
On April 13th, 2020, the youth theory study group of Jinping Court held the third study activity. The theme of this learning activity is "promoting reform by case, tempering business", and seven young police officers from various courtrooms of the hospital participated in the theoretical learning activity. During the activity, I organized and studied the relevant documents of warning education with Zhang Jian as a typical case, such as "explaining morality by case, explaining discipline by case, and explaining law by case", learned the Regulations on Disciplinary Actions of the Communist Party of China (CPC), the Regulations on Disciplinary Actions of People’s Courts and the Three Provisions on Preventing Judicial Interference, and shared and learned the Analysis of the Standard of Proof of High Probability in Civil Litigation, How to Understand the Identification Standard of Effective Mandatory Norms and Administrative Mandatory Norms, and On the Right of Expectation of Property Rights and the Right of Administrative Mandatory Norms. The police officers who participated in the activity all exchanged their learning experiences and had a heated discussion. Theoretical learning activities will be held irregularly in combination with the actual work.
In the study activities, the youth theory study group will constantly enhance the "four consciousnesses", strengthen the "four self-confidences" and achieve the "two safeguards", persist in combining judicial work for the people, strengthen the study of political theory, improve the political theory literacy and professional quality, and strive to become an outstanding court youth in the new era with "lofty aspirations, equal emphasis on both ability and political integrity, and courage to explore" and contribute to the construction of the rule of law in Jinping, a border area.
