On the afternoon of March 21st, 2023, 25 teachers and students from China Europe International Business School (CEIBS) visited Milkville Group for a half-day open exchange day.
In the afternoon of March 21st 2023, 25 students and teachers of CEIBS came and visited Milkyway to attend the half-day Open Day activity.
① Strategy and Future Strategy and Future
Mr. Chen Yinhe, the founder and chairman of the group, introduced the general situation of the enterprise business to teachers and students, and shared the future and strategy of Milkville. Having been deeply involved in the chemical new energy supply chain industry for 25 years, Milkwei insists on the investment in safety and scientific and technological innovation, and is determined to become a silent distant mountain in the global industry!
Mr. Andy CHEN, the founder and chairman of Milkyway introduced corporate business, future development and strategy to all guests. 2 CEO plan CEO Program
Ms. Ding Huiya, the director and vice president of the Group, gave a detailed introduction to the management trainee (CEO plan) project and the training system of the Group, and had face-to-face communication, and answered a series of questions about business growth, industry strategy and the specific implementation of the CEO plan that students were concerned about.
Milkyway Director and Vice President Ms. Huiya DING elaborately introduced the CEO Program and group training system for everyone present and communica ted face-to-face with each other. Later, there was also an on-site Q&A session with topics around many concerned issues such as business growth, industry strategies, specific implementation plans of the CEO program, etc.
③ On-site Visit
The first stop came to the headquarters of Milkville Group in Jinqiao, Pudong New Area, Shanghai. In the exhibition hall on the first floor, I have an intuitive understanding of the company’s business, safety management and scientific and technological innovation.
The first stop of the Open Day was Milkyway’s headquarter located at Jinqiao Pudong New Area, Shanghai. At the exhibition hall on the first floor, students and teachers directly learned about Milkyway’s corporate business, security management and scientific and technological innovation.
The second stop visited the integrated logistics base of supply chain in Nanhui, Pudong, and visited the professional hazardous chemicals warehouse and tank yard operation area built by Milkwei.
Regarding the second stop, they came to the supply chain integrated logistics base at Nanhui and paid a site visit to Milkyway’s self-built professional hazardous chemical warehouse and operation areas of tank containers.

Introduction of Milkville Management Trainee (CEO Program)
An Introduction to the Milkyway Management Trainee (CEO Program) Project
This project is an important part of Milkville’s talent development strategy. It will recruit high-quality and high-ability management trainees from major universities in Shanghai. Mr. Chen Yinhe, the founder and chairman of the group, will personally teach them, with the participation of senior executives such as the core of the group’s Dong Gaojian and the business general manager. Through a series of job rotations and projects, all-round training and actual combat potential development, the management trainees will grow rapidly, with a view to taking up management positions, assuming important responsibilities and finally taking up CEO positions in the near future.
The CEO Program is an important part of Milkyway’s talent development strategy and plans to recruit highly mannered and competent MTs from major univer sities in Shanghai. All recruited MTs will be mainly guided and led by the founder and chairman Mr. Andy CHEN, together with the members of group directors and supervisors core level as well as the general managers of operating BUs. A series of work shifts, projects, comprehensive training and potential development practices will be provided for the MTs which can help them make rapid progress, be qualified for taking vital responsibilities at the management layer and eventually take up the CEO positions in the near future.
The Group will also hold open exchange days in Fudan University, East China University of Science and Technology and Tongji University. We believe: the blessing in the world is to join the great and create the great together!
Milkyway Group will successively carry out Open Day activities with many other Chinese universities including Fudan University, East China University of Science and Technology, Tongji University, etc. We believe “The best thing in the world is to create a great, rather than join a great!”

1) I have never witnessed a large storage base before, let alone a storage base for hazardous chemicals. I feel very shocked! This is much more grounded and interesting than working in an office, drawing PPT on paper and designing company strategy.

3) The company chairman’s vision and feelings about the development of the company and the subdivision of the track are very touching; The vice president of human resources’ exposition of the needs of employing people can also enable us to evaluate the individual’s ability model in more detail and think about how to show the individual’s uniqueness.
I felt very moved by Chairman Mr. CHEN’s vision and thoughts about the company’s development history and segmentation tracks. Ms. Huiya DING, the Vice President in charge of human resource brought a detailed introduction to hiring needs, which also enabled us to evaluate the individual ability model carefully and to think about how to show our uniqueness.
